Ultraviolet disinfection is used in regional water supply of direct drinking water system. Installed at the end of the system, it makes full use of UV to effectively kill the microbes without any impact on water taste.
The effective wavelength of UV disinfection is 200nm to 300nm. The 253.7nm wavelength can destroy the molecular structure of DNA and RNA in organism cell, leading the growing cell and regenerative cell to die, so as to reach to the effect of disinfection.
