Nuvonic UVpro FMT, UV system for air disinfection in liquid storage tanks

Nuvonic UVpro FMT is a UV-C system for disinfecting air and internal surfaces inside liquid-storage tanks. Flange-mounted lamps extend into the tank and treat microbiologically contaminated intake air as well as the internal walls, effectively complementing liquid disinfection performed by a continuous-flow UV reactor.

• Complements UV treatment of the liquid: UVpro FMT can be used together with a continuous-flow UV reactor to provide a more comprehensive hygiene approach for stored-liquid applications.

• Straightforward installation, including retrofits: the system is designed for flange mounting on the tank and can be added to existing installations without major modifications to the equipment.

• Protection for food applications: the lamps are PTFE-coated to provide fragment protection in the event of breakage and comply with HACCP and IFS anti-splinter protection requirements.

• Operating monitoring and alarms: the included monitoring unit signals lamp faults and lamp shutdown via a volt-free contact, facilitating connection to the installation’s alarms or automation system.
