Nuvonic UVpro KM40 is a UV-C module for air disinfection in supply-air and exhaust-air ductwork in HVAC systems. Designed for either initial installation or retrofitting, the system is sized using software calculations based on air flow rate and installation parameters, providing effective UV treatment tailored to the application.

  • Straightforward installation in new or existing ductwork: the UVpro KM module is designed for installation in supply- and exhaust-air ducts, including as a retrofit solution.

  • Continuous disinfection in the air stream: UV-C radiation helps reduce the microbiological load in air conveyed through the central ventilation system.

  • Robust construction for HVAC applications: housings made from WN 1.4301 and WN 1.4305 stainless steel, together with an IP66 protection rating, support use in technical installations with demanding hygiene requirements.

  • Predictable maintenance: the lamps have a replacement interval of up to 12,000 hours, at 75% ±5% of their emission output, while the standard 10 m cable can be customised to suit the project.

Between 8,000 and 12,000 hours, depending on the model. After this period the efficiency drops because the mercury vapour inside the lamps is consumed.
We recommend replacing the lamps on time, according to the technical recommendations of the product.
For products in stock we deliver by courier in approximately 1-2 working days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks.
Between 12 and 24 months, depending on the manufacturer. UV lamps have different warranties depending on the manufacturer.
Original OEM consumables are made by the equipment manufacturer and guarantee 100% compatibility.
CERTIFIED equivalent lamps are alternatives with the same performance and the same service life, but at a lower price.
OEM spare parts are 100% compatible with the equipment they are used for. Consumables requested by customers (UV lamps, quartz sleeves, electronic ballasts) are checked against the original product codes and technical characteristics before being quoted. Their compatibility with the equipment they were requested for is guaranteed.
