UV System for air, 120 - 720 W

Light Progress UV-RACK is a modular UV-C system for air disinfection in HVAC ductwork and in the final section of air-handling units. High-power UV-C lamps are arranged in a grid to provide uniform exposure of the air stream and reduce the microbiological load within the installation.

Contamination control in HVAC systems: helps inhibit the development of viruses, bacteria, moulds and spores in the air stream, on cooling coils and on the internal surfaces of air-conditioning installations.
Biofilm prevention: continuous operation helps limit biofilm promoted by humidity, condensation, temperature variations and darkness, supporting indoor-air quality and occupant comfort.
Flexible installation and simplified retrofitting: the range can be adapted to different duct sizes, while flanged models can be installed from outside the duct without requiring work inside it.
Monitoring and predictable maintenance: status LEDs indicate lamp faults, a digital counter tracks remaining lamp life, and failed or end-of-life lamp alarms can be connected to external BMS, SCADA, PLC or DCS systems.

Between 8,000 and 12,000 hours, depending on the model. After this period the efficiency drops because the mercury vapour inside the lamps is consumed.
We recommend replacing the lamps on time, according to the technical recommendations of the product.

For products in stock we deliver by courier in approximately 1-2 working days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks.

Between 12 and 24 months, depending on the manufacturer. UV lamps have different warranties depending on the manufacturer.

Original OEM consumables are made by the equipment manufacturer and guarantee 100% compatibility.
CERTIFIED equivalent lamps are alternatives with the same performance and the same service life, but at a lower price.

OEM spare parts are 100% compatible with the equipment they are used for. Consumables requested by customers (UV lamps, quartz sleeves, electronic ballasts) are checked against the original product codes and technical characteristics before being quoted. Their compatibility with the equipment they were requested for is guaranteed.
