Nuvonic UVpro BFM is a UV-C module with a directional reflector for surface disinfection in packaging and filling machines. Designed for treating films, cups, containers and bottle openings, it projects UV-C radiation deep into packaging and towards internal walls, supporting contamination control before filling.

  • Directed disinfection inside containers: the reflector concentrates UV-C radiation towards the treatment area, allowing it to penetrate the openings of cups, bottles and other types of packaging.

  • Treatment for films and packaging: the module is designed for integration into packaging and filling machines, where it can irradiate films, containers, bottle openings and process-contact surfaces.

  • Single- or dual-lamp configuration: UVpro BFM is available with one or two lamps, enabling UV-C power and coverage to be adapted to the production line’s size and speed.

  • Robust construction for industrial applications: housings made from WN 1.4301 and WN 1.4305 stainless steel, together with an IP68 protection rating, support use in industrial environments with demanding hygiene requirements.

  • Predictable maintenance: the lamp replacement interval is up to 12,000 hours, at 75% ±5% of emission performance.

Between 8,000 and 12,000 hours, depending on the model. After this period the efficiency drops because the mercury vapour inside the lamps is consumed.
We recommend replacing the lamps on time, according to the technical recommendations of the product.
For products in stock we deliver by courier in approximately 1-2 working days. For products that are not in stock, the delivery time is between 2 and 4 weeks.
Between 12 and 24 months, depending on the manufacturer. UV lamps have different warranties depending on the manufacturer.
Original OEM consumables are made by the equipment manufacturer and guarantee 100% compatibility.
CERTIFIED equivalent lamps are alternatives with the same performance and the same service life, but at a lower price.
OEM spare parts are 100% compatible with the equipment they are used for. Consumables requested by customers (UV lamps, quartz sleeves, electronic ballasts) are checked against the original product codes and technical characteristics before being quoted. Their compatibility with the equipment they were requested for is guaranteed.
