Nuvonic PureLine ECO, In-Line UV Water Disinfection System

Nuvonic PureLine ECO is a compact UV-C system for disinfecting process water and water used in the food and beverage industry. Designed for integration into new or existing installations, it treats water without chemicals, protecting critical process points against microbiological contamination and biofouling.

• Process water microbiological disinfection: controls microbiological contamination, including contamination involving chlorine-resistant microorganisms such as Cryptosporidium and Giardia.

• Chemical-free, with no impact on the final product: UV disinfection does not add chemicals and does not affect the taste or colour of the final product.

• Continuous performance monitoring: the UV sensor monitors active UV wavelengths, while the controller signals reduced UV dose, lamp faults, reactor overheating, and the need for lamp replacement or quartz-sleeve cleaning.

• Flexible integration into existing processes: the compact design allows skid mounting and retrofitting of existing installations; Tri-Clamp connections are available for models up to the ECO 225. 

Recommended applications

PureLine ECO can be installed at essential points in food and beverage production processes: incoming-water treatment, after activated-carbon filtration, ingredient water, before bottling, for CIP system protection, as well as in processes involving demineralised water, syrups, concentrates, brines or process water.
